I have managed 1,000 plus units in multifamily simultaneously as well as managed  several mid to highrise commercial property (office/retail/industrial) and have been entrusted to build freestanding office warehouse buildings as well as complete dental buildouts and tenant improvements by Clients.

I intend to stand out by committing myself and my Associates to ongoing training and achievement of professional designations.

I am an appointed member of the Texas Professional Standards and Ethics Committee by the Texas Real Estate Commission.

I presently am active member of both IREM and CCIM and have served on various committees as well as aided in building homes for Habitat for Humanity.

I am a Real Estate Broker; A Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management; A HUD Certified Broker and a CCIM Candidate (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
